1. Rinse Jaw Trainers with warm water. While doing this, warm up your jaw muscles by massging them using your 2 fingers in circular motions.
2. Place the jaw trainers on the molars (the back 3 teeth on each side). Place them correcty with the chewing surface facing each set of teeth.
3. Start by biting down on jaw trainers, holding for 3-5 second and releasing. Do this for 2 min or until failure.
4. Bite down on jaw trainers, hold for 5-10 seconds and release. Do this for 2 min or until failure.
5. Bite down on jaw trainers, hold for 10-20 seconds and release. Do this for 2 min or until failure.
6. Repeat this 2-3 times and you've completed the jaw workout.
7. Massage your jaw muscles to release tension and knots. This promotes healthy muscles and takes around 2 min.
